Yesterday a miracle happened. The garden of our project produced a meal for 500 children and people of the community of Lavender Hill. Our gardeners, young volunteers and community members prepared two huge pots stuffed full of vegetables harvested from the garden and cooked the pots on the fire. The pictures speak a thousand words. Well done Lavender Hill for this incredible achievement. It is a tale of what you are capable of and what, if we work as a team, can be achieved. Incredible!!! This bounty is as if a result of the work of those in the garden! Well done
